Junior Singers Vocal Coaching

Over the years that The Southern School of Popular Singing has been open, we have built an outstanding reputation for working with younger singers.

Whilst it is fair to say that the more intricate parts of vocal technique may be a little beyond toddlers, we have had students from 6 years old upwards and are very happy to teach young singers as long as their attention span will allow!

We believe the key to succeeding with younger singers is not to patronize them with “children’s” songs that don’t interest them, but to get them to sing the songs that drive them, but to sing them well and with good, safe techniques that will develop in time into a healthy basis for their adult voices.

All our vocal coaches are CRB checked and most have worked with our junior performance division, The E Minor Pop Academy.
