Hi There. You can probably tell pretty easily that this website is still under construction….. well that’s ok – so is the Studio itself! River Studios is planned to be the most exciting private music complex south of London, bringing together the best of Recording Services, Vocal and Music Tuition, Rehearsal rooms and a Dance/Performance studio all in one character filled venue. Built in 1904, used as various things including a cinema, but now in the process of being refurbished with ecologically friendly air handling systems, sound proofing and acoustic treatment, sound systems, teaching technology and comfort. It will take time. It will be VERY hard (it already has been!) and there will be more problems to come along the way, but it will be worth it.
Check back regularly and we’ll try and keep up a progress report and leak some photos when we can sneak into the building site!
You can also find us on Facebook and Twitter to keep up on the construction over the coming months.
In the mean time if you looking for a recording studio, voice or music tuition in Southampton check out the links to the right to see what we’re up to right now.
